Hurricane Helene has devastated many parts of the Southeastern United States. Thousands of members, particularly in North Carolina, have been impacted by catastrophic flooding and wind damage.

The IAFF is answering the call and helping our members on the road to recovery through our Disaster Relief Operations.

We are assisting members with supplies, behavioral health support, access to work crews, and financial assistance for significant damage to homes. As of this afternoon, we have received over 100 requests for help, and we know that number will grow as members return from work and families return post-evacuation.
