williamwagener you need to take it somewhere else...AWARENESS does fight cancer..I'm a cancer survivor and I can tell you that the awareness of the public and politicians is critical to the fight to find a cure....researchers need money, funding comes from awareness...geez, its such a simple concept

It may not fight cancer as someone above said, but awareness is everything!!  Thank you.

Actually, thought the Pink Truck creates AWARENESS,
it does NOTHING to actually "FIGHT" cancer.
It placates, and stirs emotions. Cancer is traceable to the
VACCINEs with mercury etc., steroids in our meat products to make animals grow fast.
IT should have pointed the CAUSES out, and it did not.
It fails . It is like the Oklahoma Bombing Memorial, full of
deception and lies, Does not address the REAL CAUSE.
Additives in our food chain that are UN-natural. like Fluoride in our water
